Mr Craig Gerrand
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Clinical Lead for Cancer
Craig Gerrand is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon. He specialises in surgical care of patients with bone and soft tissue, including soft tissue and bone cancer (sarcoma) metastatic bone tumours and benign tumours. He treats adult and children and young people.

Biography
Mr Gerrand has trained and worked nationally and internationally. He completed his higher surgical training in Glasgow and undertook fellowships in Orthopaedic Oncology and Lower Limb Reconstruction at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. After a Consultant post in Newcastle upon Tyne, Mr Gerrand joined the London Sarcoma Service at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital where he is now Clinical Lead for Cancer.
Improving the care of patients with musculoskeletal cancers is important to Mr Gerrand and he is actively involved in research, teaching and service development.
