Consultant Radiologist

Dr Philippa Tyler is a Consultant Radiologist at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

She excels in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal radiology, with a keen focus on spinal imaging. A graduate of University College London, she completed her radiology training at St Mary’s Hospital in London, followed by an MRI fellowship at the same institution and a Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital.

Biography

Dr Tyler is actively involved in research focused on spinal radiology, demonstrating her dedication to advancing knowledge. She has significantly contributed to her field, her accomplishments include authoring numerous articles in peer-reviewed radiology journals, several book chapters, and co-authoring a leading musculoskeletal radiology textbook.

As the Course Director for RNOH/Infomed In-depth Musculoskeletal MRI Radiology Course Series and the RNOH/Infomed Bone and Soft Tissue Tumour Course, Dr. Tyler actively shapes educational initiatives in her field.
