Robot Pepper lives on the Paediatric Ward and is a 4-foot tall, interactive robot who will keep your child entertained and amused throughout their stay.

Our brand new inpatient ward block is fully equipped with the latest facilities for all orthopaedic treatments, providing and ensuring the best environment for on-site postoperative rehabilitation.
Our Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) of surgeons, radiologists, microbiologists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists meet regularly to discuss complex cases and to ensure that patients are receiving the best advice and care with regards to their treatment.
Our menus in the private ward are designed to give high quality choice whilst being compatible with the nutritional standards essential to the patient recovery. Our ward kitchen utilises professional expertise in the field of nutrition to underpin all our hospital catering services.
With a menu that changes daily and caters for all dietary requirements (including vegetarian, diabetic, gluten-free, Kosher, Halal, Caribbean etc), you will be spoilt for choice as you order your breakfast, lunch and three-course dinner.
The menus are also available in a variety of different languages.
An interpreter may be booked for all patients whose first language is not English. We also have a 24-hour telephone translation service available.

Each patient is treated individually after being referred to a consultant who checks the condition. We accept requests for a second opinion and that could be done either virtually or by forwarding all medical reports and images on a CD. Fees will also be applied.
We will be happy to provide an estimated price of your treatment plan that the consultant has recommended for you.
Yes we can provide you with a letter to facilitate the visa application after getting a second opinion or cost estimate for your treatment plan.
Please bring all your previous medical reports, images and current medication.

We offer two locations to our international patients; consulting rooms and imaging are in central London and surgery is carried out at our newly built Stanmore hospital. This is less than one hour from central London, surrounded by peaceful countryside which aids our patients’ recovery.
